Therapy for the patterns that keep finding you.
Online therapy in Nashville and across Tennessee for adults, couples, and groups navigating relationship patterns, trauma, compulsive sexual behavior, anxiety, depression, and self-worth.
Therapy that is relational, practical, and evidence-informed.
Individual Therapy
For adults who want help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-worth, trauma, compulsive patterns, and life transitions. Therapy offers room to slow down, understand what is happening underneath the symptoms, and create steadier ways of living.
Couples Therapy
For partners trying to move out of painful loops, rebuild trust, communicate with more honesty, and understand what is happening underneath conflict. Sessions focus on insight, accountability, and practical change.
Trauma Therapy & EMDR
Support for traumatic experiences, complex relational trauma, and nervous-system patterns that keep showing up in the present. EMDR and attachment-focused work are used thoughtfully when they fit your goals.
Compulsive Sexual Behavior
Non-shaming therapy for compulsive sexual behavior, sex addiction concerns, secrecy, relapse patterns, sexual functioning issues, and the relationship impact that often follows.
Online Therapy in Tennessee
Secure virtual therapy for clients located anywhere in Tennessee, with Nashville as the primary service area and availability for Knoxville, Memphis, and communities across the state.
Affirming Therapy
A thoughtful, inclusive space for adults and couples across identities, backgrounds, beliefs, and relationship experiences. Therapy works best when you can bring more of yourself into the room.
Relationship Patterns
Many clients come in because the same relational patterns keep recycling: choosing unavailable partners, shutting down, pursuing, avoiding, over-functioning, or feeling hard to truly know. These patterns can change when they are understood.
A direct, warm, and thoughtful therapy relationship can help you see what has been hard to see alone.
Therapy here is not about being judged, fixed, or handed generic advice. It is a collaborative process for understanding the patterns that shape your life, building emotional honesty, and practicing new ways of relating that can actually hold up outside of session.
I help adults and couples understand the patterns that keep them stuck and move toward more honest, connected, and grounded lives.
